ANOVO’s Reverse Logistics solution accommodates both bulk collections of goods from retail stores and hubs, as well as direct returns from consumers, based upon a RMA. Returned products are entered into our system, checked for warranty validity and diagnosed for repair.

When operating as an authorised repair centre, we can directly manage most of repairs internally, replace the product with new or refurbished units and handle all shipments to external workshops, if required.
