To promote local accessibility and unity, ANOVO has defined and implemented a policy to encourage decentralized, consistent human resource practices. Each profit center determines its own needs and implements its own tools to recruit, coordinate and train employees. As service businesses are local by nature, this approach gives priority to people while maintaining close contact with customers, flexibility and responsiveness.
The ANOVO university, a common training program for managers, opened in 2004. The university is a place for sharing best practices and creating communities to discuss, exchange and innovate.
Lastly, the Genesis corporate program provides a common framework for launching new projects and in-house impetus to improve performance. Each year, Genesis awards recognize the Company’s most innovative, high-performance teams. |
