To promote local accessibility and unity, ANOVO has defined and implemented a policy to encourage decentralized, consistent human resource practices. The ANOVO university, a common training program for managers, opened in 2004. The university is a place for sharing best practices and creating communities to discuss, exchange and innovate.

Lastly, the Genesis corporate program provides a common framework for launching new projects and in-house impetus to improve performance. Each year, Genesis awards recognize the Company’s most innovative, high-performance teams.
